An automatic lubrication system that takes oil from
the oil pan has been adopted (other than the upper
feed mechanism). This greatly reduces troublesome
lubrication work and also increases the sewing machine?fs
durability and reduces noise.
A dial lock lever prevents the feed adjustment dial
from moving from its set position under all sewing
conditions.
The working space available around the needle drop
area has been increased. This allows curved articles
such as shoes and bags to be handled much more easily.
An adjustment pin for adjusting the forward and
back stitch length allows fine adjustments to the
material feeding. So, attractive sewing finishes with
uniform stitch lengths can be obtained.
The high-performance thread trimming mechanism ensures
constant and stable trimming quality (7280) .
