Labor Saving Devices
KS – Vertical type vacuum chain cutter
Sucks in thread chain by vacuum pressure and cuts it. The suction inlet is positioned by the needle and vertically to the cloth plate.

KH – Flat type vacuum chain cutter
Sucks in thread chain by vacuum pressure and cuts it. The suction inlet positioned right behind the presser foot and flush with the cloth plate. Can cut and suck in wide thread chains of safety stitch machines or 2-needle overedgers, extra-heavy and woolen yarn thead chains.

AT – Automatic tape cutter

The sensor detects the fabric edge of automatically lower the knife and cut tape and thread chain to be sucked. The lengths of the leading and trailing thread chain and tape can be changed correctly by the stitch counter to be free from operator-related factors.

TK – Tape cutter

With its switch-operated knife that can be lowered to cut tape and thread chain. The finger switch and knee switch are available. Either pneumatically-driven or electrically-driven switch can be selected.

EH – Electric hemming device

Prevents fabric misalignment which tends to occure in the cross seam sections of blindstitch hemming oprations. The sensor detects the cross seam sections to automatically slide the hemming guide and keep the fabric from misaligning. Operators concentrate on their operations.

PL – Presser foot lift
Pneumatically-operated presser foot lift. The presser foot can be lifted with heel treadle. Ease of operation decreases operators fatigue.
BT – Backlatcher
Backlatches the thread chain by sewing it back into the fabric at the start of sewing. Plain seaming and backlatching are combined into one, saving time and thus increasing productivity.

AL – Auto-labeller

Microprocessor-controlled, automatic label setting eliminates the tedious and timeconsuming job of manually setting labels, thus increasing efficiency. Makes it possible to pre-program various parameters up to 9(label size, label position, etc.) as desired.

BF – Forcibly driven top feed belt

Feeds the top ply of the material positively by means of the belt, providing very efficient and uniform seing operations on slippery fabrics or fabrics whichplyshift tends to occure. Also adopts the type that can be used for simultaneous operations of attaching rib knit collars and tapes to the necks of polo shirts and similaar garmentas, thereby simplifying the operaton.

SD – Fabric misalignment alarm

Equipped with the sensor to detect the plyshift which tends to occur in operations of joning defferently shaped top and bottom parts and alerts the operator with the buzzer and lamp. The operator can find rejects more easily, decreasing the number of inspectors required and thus increasing production.

LC – Pneumatically-operated lint collector

Powerfully collects thread chains and cutting waste by compressed air. The waste is sucked into an easy-to-handle collector bag. This collector is compact, so it saves space in the factory.
