Features
Fully automatic lubrication
system (internally forced lubrication system) which delivers
oil under pressure to the inside of rods through crank shaft.
An oil filter has been adopted to filter out dust or other
foreign matter accumulated in the oil reservoir and keep
oil clean at all times.
Needle cooler and needle thread cooler which
allow high speed operation when sewing synthetic threads
that are weak against heat
Movable needle guard which prevents skip
stitching when sewing at high speeds and also reduces wear
on needle.
Push-button type stitch length regulating
device provides ease of stitch length adjustment and most
suitable for production of many different styles of garments.
Differential feed can be adjusted externally
by operating a lever. Also a micro adjustment system is
provided which permits fine adjustment of differential feed
ratio according to the tyupe of material being sewn, by
turning the knob provided on this system.
The forward and backward motion of double
chain looper can be adjusted according to the application
of the machine by adjusting the clearance between needle
and looper.
Cloth plate which can be opened at the touch
of finger for easy threading and cleaning of the machine.
Carbide tipped trimming knife ensures maximum
trimming life.
